Anchor the plan to verified arrival information

Sam shares the scheduled arrival window and terminal with two trusted people. One accepts the driving task, while the group records a rideshare or transit fallback if the flight moves beyond the driver’s availability.
Huddl does not track flights, monitor a traveler’s location, choose a legal pickup zone, or order transportation. Participants must check the airline and airport directly.
Give the driver enough context
- Confirm the flight and terminal through the airline.
- Create a pickup plan with an approximate rather than guaranteed time.
- Assign the driving task and name a backup method.
- Use chat for the current door, zone, or baggage delay.
Limit sensitive travel sharing
- Invite only people who need the itinerary.
- Do not post passport, booking-code, or home-access information.
- Call the driver for a last-minute terminal move.
- Update the task if another person takes over.
