Product support

Huddl is owned and operated by The Scheduling Company LLC. The Huddl support team handles product, privacy, safety, and accessibility questions for the service.

Email support@huddl.ing for questions about using Huddl, invitations, sign-in, or a feature that is not behaving as expected. Include the device and browser or app version, the step involved, and what you expected to happen.

If an invitation opens inside another app’s embedded browser, try your normal browser first. For installation questions, the install page explains the supported options. These details help us distinguish a product issue from a browser limitation.

Privacy and account questions

Use the same support address for privacy requests and account questions. The privacy policy describes the in-app data and account deletion controls, the information handled by the service, and operational retention.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or private invitation links in an initial report. Describe the issue first so we can ask for only the information needed to investigate.

Safety reports

Describe the concern and where it occurred without redistributing sensitive material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material in a report.

The published child safety standards explain prohibited conduct and reporting. You can identify a safety concern in the subject line to help route your message.

Accessibility and website feedback

Tell us if a page is difficult to read, navigate with a keyboard, or use with assistive technology. Include the page, device, browser, and assistive tool where relevant. Explain the action you were trying to complete.

For a content correction, identify the page and the statement that needs attention. Practical examples are welcome, but avoid including sensitive group content or other people’s personal information.

  • Use a clear subject, such as “Installation help” or “Accessibility feedback.”
  • Describe what happened and what you expected.
  • Include a safe reply address if needed.
  • Keep passwords, codes, and sensitive group content out of email.
