Huddl is owned and operated by The Scheduling Company LLC.

Using huddl

huddl helps people create, join, and coordinate huddls. You are responsible for the information you provide, the content you add, and your activity while using the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use huddl. Continuing without an account requires you to affirm that you are at least 13 and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Continuing with a social provider makes the same affirmation. You may optionally provide an age range of 13–17 or 18+ in Profile. Google may provide birthday information, and Facebook may provide birthday or age-range information, when you grant the applicable permissions. huddl immediately reduces it to an age group and does not store the provider response. You agree to provide accurate information and may correct your age group in Profile.

Analytics and Your Content

Subject to your privacy choices and applicable law, huddl may analyze how you navigate the service and interact with searches, huddls, choices, sentiments, chats, tasks, comments, and RSVPs to operate and improve huddl. Raw content and exact searches remain in huddl-controlled storage; analytics and advertising providers receive only approved, privacy-filtered categories and interaction fields. Content-derived advertising audiences will not be activated until required notices, consent flows, and legal review are complete. The Privacy Policy explains the categories, recipients, retention, and deletion choices.

Advertising

Native huddl apps may display pinned, Story, interstitial, and app-open ads supplied by Google AdMob, plus pinned native or anchored-adaptive domain ads supplied by Google Ad Manager. The huddl website uses Google Ad Manager exclusively, with linked AdSense demand where configured. Ad interactions and interstitial availability remain controlled by Google. RevenueCat measures supported native AdMob lifecycle and impression-level revenue events but does not receive web or GAM ad events. Advertising does not affect your access to huddl, and rewarded or incentivized formats are not used. Adult and unknown-age profiles are eligible for personalization only after an explicit huddl opt-in and only while Google consent, applicable privacy signals, and iOS tracking permission also allow it. Known users age 13–17 receive teen, non-personalized treatment.

For standard Google ad units, huddl may allow Google to include a device's full IP address in bid requests to Authorized Buyers, Open Bidding, SDK Bidding, and/or Google demand. The setting does not apply to partner bidding ad units. Google restricts this sharing on non-personalized ads (NPA), limited ads (LTD), and restricted data processing (RDP) requests; for GDPR-applicable requests from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, full IP address sharing is limited to connected TV (CTV) inventory. The Privacy Policy provides more information about advertising data and your choices.

Accounts

You may use huddl with an anonymous session or by connecting a social provider. Keep your account access secure and do not impersonate others or provide misleading profile information.

Acceptable Use

Do not use huddl to break the law, harass others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or share content that violates another person's rights.

huddl strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. See huddl's Child Safety Standards for details about prohibited conduct and enforcement.

Changes

We may update these terms as huddl changes. Continued use of huddl after an update means you accept the updated terms.
