Our accessibility commitment
Huddl wants everyone to be able to use the marketing website, web app, and native app. We consider accessibility throughout design, development, content, and testing, and we continue to improve the experience as the product changes.
Our accessibility target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across Huddl. This target guides our design, development, and testing, but it is not a claim that every part of Huddl currently conforms.
How we support accessibility
Our accessibility work includes:
- Supporting keyboard navigation and providing a visible focus indicator for interactive controls.
- Using semantic structure, accessible names, labels, and instructions to support screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Designing for readable contrast, text resizing, and reflow across a range of screen and text sizes.
- Respecting reduced-motion preferences where practical and avoiding reliance on animation or color alone to communicate meaning.
Ongoing work and known limitations
Some maps, calendars, complex planning controls, and content provided by third parties may not yet offer the same experience with every assistive technology. We are working to improve these areas. Contact us if a barrier prevents you from completing a task so we can help with an alternative.
Accessibility feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance, email support@huddl.ing. Include the page or feature, your device and browser or app version, any assistive technology you use, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, private invitation links, sensitive group content, or another person's personal information. We will ask only for information needed to understand and address the issue.
