Our Commitment
huddl has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). huddl may not be used to create, upload, store, share, solicit, or promote content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating, possessing, distributing, or requesting CSAM.
- Grooming a child for sexual activity or the exchange of sexual content.
- Sextortion, sexualization of a child, or predatory interactions with a child.
- Trafficking or soliciting a child for sexual exploitation.
- Facilitating, encouraging, or concealing any form of CSAE.
Enforcement
When huddl becomes aware of content or conduct that violates these standards, we will take appropriate action. This may include removing or disabling access to content, restricting or terminating accounts, and preserving relevant information for an investigation.
huddl will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority when required by law. We cooperate with lawful investigations and comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Suspected violations involving huddl may be reported using the support contact in huddl's app store listing. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM when making a report.
